Julie Ann is the wizard behind the curtain – working as our Client Services Manager, handling all the important paperwork and deadlines, and making sure that the marketing for your home is top of mind and easily accessible for all home searchers.
Norm and Julie Ann enjoy live music, spending time outdoors, and stay busy raising two young children in the beautiful Roanoke Valley.
Norm is a proud graduate of the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business, and a former resident of Northern Virginia. Norm was drawn to a career in real estate after years of managing a moving company in the Roanoke area and learning to understand the unique needs of individuals and families during such a large life event. Norm uses his experience and foresight to proactively address every detail of your home investment. Julie Ann grew up in the Roanoke Valley and is an enthusiastic advocate for all the Star City has to offer. She is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech, and spent almost a decade working in marketing for the local community newspaper. Julie Ann’s expertise is leveraged on our team to provide exceptional customer service and strong marketing campaigns.
