NSR REALTY TEAM

I’ve worked with Norm and his team within a Professional Capacity for a couple of years now and pretty quickly knew they were the only people I would trust to help us purchase our first home. So when the time came, he was my first call. He took on the challenge of trying to find a home for two people, with different design choices and over all wants, head on. He helped guide my husband and I to the perfect house with his own knowledge and tools to bring us to a happy compromise. He was always patient, understanding, and quick to respond. Any anxiety that we were having, he knew just what to say to calm us down. Further, his team - especially Julie Ann and April, were there to quell any anxiety that popped up and solved problems before I was even aware of them. As someone with high anxiety, buying a home and moving was something I dreaded. However, Norm and his team made the process so smooth, I never felt like I had anything to worry about. I would highly recommend this time for their patience, kindness, and overall expertise. They blend compassion into their craft expertly, and frankly, that’s not something I feel should ever be forgotten.

Five stars is just not enough. We have worked with Norm buying two homes and selling one. If you are looking for a realtor that is going to truly work for you and find you the best possible home, look no further than Norm Pullen and his team. Norm will walk through houses with you and look for anything of concern and gives his honest opinion on every house, he is not looking to just get you into a house to make money he truly helps you find the right home for your family. And when selling a home the whole team is right on every detail from start to finish. The communication through the whole process of buying or selling is second to none. Any questions or concerns they are right there to answer. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Norm, Julie Ann and their whole team. They are phenomenal!

Dani was absolutely incredible throughout our relocation to Roanoke! She was incredibly patient and professional as we looked at countless houses until we finally found the right one. She was always very responsive to our questions, no matter how small, and whenever we found a house we were interested in, she was quick to schedule a walkthrough! Moving to a new area can be stressful, but Dani made the entire process so much easier. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Dani to anyone looking to buy a home!
