Seller remodeled the master bath and took out a Jacuzzi that was rarely used, and put in a large walk in shower. The old shower was removed and replaced with a second linen closet. The vanity was
replaced and a quartz counter top, and new flooring were installed. The master bedroom was repainted. This was all done in the spring of 2019. Seller then decided to remodel the kitchen. It has all new Bosch appliances, including a five burner propane stove, new quartz counter top, new back splash, new flooring and paint, and although seller didn't replace the cabinets but had all of the doors and drawers refurbished with new pulls, etc. At the same time, the vanity in the small bathroom off the kitchen was replaced, new flooring in that room and new quartz counter top. This was all completed in the fall of 2019. The most recent thing the seller has done is replace all of the window coverings.
